Luke Barnett is the pastor of the 25,000-member, multisite Dream City Church in Phoenix, Arizona. Luke Also leads the Phoenix Dream Center, an organization that offers hunger relief, medical programs, residential rehabilitation programs for adults, a shelter for victims of human trafficking, and more.
