Gifts For Local Organization
Please bring a wrapped gift for a boy or girl (from infant to 12 years old) that will be distributed to children in the inner cities of Dallas/Fort Worth for Christmas. Use the enclosed, self-adhesive gift tag sent in the confirmation package to indicate whether the gift is for a boy or a girl, and the appropriate age.
Event Questions and Information
When and how will I receive my tickets?
After you RSVP, you will receive a confirmation packet by mail. This will include your tickets, a map, and more details about the Gala.
How many guests can I register?
You may register up to four guests in your party. If you would like to bring more than four, please call us at 817-267-0040 Ext. 3730 to check availability.
RSVP Changes
If you need to decline your invitation or request a change to your previously completed RSVP, please fill out an RSVP Change Request.

From TX-183/TX-121 West (from Dallas)
• Exit Precinct Line Road.
• Continue through the light.
• Turn right on Campus Drive.
From TX-183/TX-121 East (from Fort Worth)
• Exit Precinct Line Road.
• Turn left on Precinct Line Road.
• Turn left on Thousand Oaks Drive.
Parking
For your convenience, we will provide COMPLIMENTARY valet parking for our guests.
The Hurst Conference Center offers more than 350 free parking spaces. Handicap-accessible parking spaces are located in the Lower Level Parking Garage and all levels of the Parking Deck.
