Tammie Jo Shults

Tammie Jo Shults

After serving her country honorably for eight years as one of the few female fighter pilots in the United States Navy, Captain Tammie Jo Shults began flying for Southwest Airlines. Over two decades into her career with Southwest, Tammie Jo faced the unthinkable while piloting a routine domestic flight in April 2018 -- catastrophic engine failure that caused an explosion and rapid depressurization. Drawing deeply from her well of experience and leaning on her faith in Christ, Tammie Jo and her crew were able to successfully land the aircraft and save the lives of 148 people. Tammie Jo will share how the Lord has been her firm foundation and faithful friend through countless seasons of setback and struggle, and will encourage us to face life’s challenges with confidence because we are never facing them alone. You do not want to miss this inspirational interview!

Jimmy Witcher

Jimmy Witcher

Many mature believers tend to think of Heaven as this beautiful, perfect place they will one day go to at the end of their lives. However, Heaven is so much more than that! In Kingdom Come, Jimmy Witcher makes simple and accessible the idea that the Kingdom of Heaven should not be a distant concept, but part of our everyday lives. Jimmy will join us on LIFE Today to explain how believers can have an intimate relationship with their Creator and experience His overflowing peace, victory and joy as an everyday norm. Jimmy is the Senior Pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, in Amarillo, Texas, and is passionate about helping people find their way into God’s presence.

Ashley Abercrombie

Ashley Abercrombie

Ashley Abercrombie wore a mask more than half her life, and considers herself too old and too annoyed to ever put that thing on again. She has fought to overcome addiction, rape, abortion, perfectionism, and dysfunctional relationships to become an honest, whole, and free woman. If you're tired of smiling on the outside while you are broken and battered on the inside, Ashley has a message for you! In being brutally honest about her pathway to victory, she helps believers break the silence on their own pain and shame in order to find healing, encouragement, and ultimately acceptance. Ashley will join us to speak about her new book, Rise of the Truth Teller, and will equip us to courageously own our stories (no matter how messy). Ashley is a blogger, writer, speaker and content creator, and more than 200,000 people have completed her YouVersion Bible App devotional. She's currently doing that work while serving alongside her husband, Cody, at Liberty Church in downtown Manhattan.

Andrew and Norine Brunson

Andrew and Norine Brunson

Andrew Brunson and his wife, Norine, answered the call to serve as missionaries in Turkey in 1993. Together, the couple started churches, trained believers, aided refugees, and invited others into a house of prayer in the largest unevangelized country in the world for twenty-three years. Everything changed suddenly in October 2016 when the Brunsons were falsely accused of terrorism. After this, Andrew was held for two years in Turkish prisons. Due to a worldwide prayer movement and significant political pressure from the US government, Andrew was finally sentenced to time served and released in October 2018. You do not want to miss this incredible night as Andrew and Norine join us to share their powerful story of imprisonment, brokenness, faithfulness, and the eventual freedom that brought joy to praying believers all over the world!
