The Father’s Love

By Randy Robison Words of Life
Father’s Day provides a wonderful opportunity to honor the good men in our lives, for those of us who have them. But on this day, I urge you to examine your relationship with your Heavenly Father. His love is far better than even the best of earthly fathers. But if…

Called To Increase

By Randy Robison Words of Life
Since the beginning of creation, work was God’s idea. Mankind was designed to take dominion over all that God put on the earth, subduing the animals and utilizing the seed-bearing plants for food. This required work. It was only after...

Your Kingdom Position

By Randy Robison Words of Life
There is an old phrase common among contemporary churches. “All I’ll ever be is a sinner saved by grace.” While I understand the significance of keeping in mind the helpless nature of our old selves, as well as the unmerited grace given to us through Jesus Christ, there is a…

Coming To Your Senses

By Tim Johnson Words of Life

The power of God’s redemption and the beauty of His restoration

I recently returned from a trip to Southeast Asia with LIFE Outreach and am overwhelmed with gratitude for all the Lord is doing through our warrior mission partners in the fight to end human trafficking. I had the profound privilege of sitting in sacred spaces with those who have been rescued, those being restored, those clinging fiercely to hope and those walking the road to healing.

This journey was emotionally challenging. Every day, I listened to story after story of how human trafficking had stolen innocence and joy from so many precious lives. One night, while walking through the red-light district, I stopped, overwhelmed by the weight of it all. I stood outside a place called Bar Lucifer, and it felt like I was right in the thick of a battle between light and darkness. My spirit would NOT back down. I could feel the fight within me to stand for those who belong to Jesus, to be their voice and to fight for them every single day!

This mission was a testament to the power of God’s redemption and the beauty of His restoration. It left me profoundly grateful yet deeply moved by the unimaginable darkness these children have endured. I’m forever motivated to make an impact with purpose.

And let me leave you with this: WE WILL VICTORIOUSLY PREVAIL! The enemy can assemble every weapon he desires, but JESUS WILL HAVE THE FINAL WORD! And in the meantime, His people will relentlessly rise, building an unshakable army to reclaim the darkness, wherever and however we can.
