What is the Fair Market Value on my receipt?
All gifts are tax deductible as allowed by law. When gifts exceed the specific need of a project, or due to unforeseen circumstance the project cannot be fully completed, funds will be used for similar ministry purposes, broadcasting, or other important outreaches of LIFE (Ezra 7:17-18)
The Internal Revenue Service and the Canada Custom and Revenue Agency require the fair market value of items received in exchange for your gift to be deducted from your gift. This means only the part of your donation, which exceeds the “fair market value,” can be claimed as a charitable deduction on your income tax return. However, due to other IRS code, some gifts are fully deductible if they meet specific criteria. If you are to receive a “thank you gift” and your receipt has no fair market value deduction, we were able to meet the criteria. More importantly, please know that our costs to secure “thank you gifts” are significantly lower than the fair market value.

May I exchange a thank-you gift that was received defective or damaged?
You may contact LIFE Outreach Donor Services to request a replacement for damaged or defective thank-you gifts. Please use the Product Returns Contact Form to contact us about this.
Shipping Products 2nd Party
Due to the cost of international shipping, LIFE Outreach reserves the right to refuse to ship items 2nd party to addresses outside the US or Canada.
Due to prison guidelines and restrictions LIFE Outreach cannot send gift items 2nd party to inmates.
In these situations we are more than happy to send the product(s) to the donor and they can disburse the products themselves.
How long does it take to get my product?
We ask donors within the US to allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Outside the US we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks.
Can I order more than 1 copy of a book that is offered for any size gift?
We would be happy to send you additional copies of any book offered in the Current Offers. Please be aware that we offer the first copy for a gift of $5.00. For additional copies, we ask donors to cover the Fair Market Value of that item.
