Biography
In 2003, John Skipworth’s destructive path of drugs and violence came to a dramatic end when he was sentenced to life behind bars. The reality of what had become of his life caused him to cry out to God for help. Hear John’s amazing story of transformation and how he spent his time in jail ministering to other prisoners. After seven years he was granted an early release and began serving at a local church and sharing his story of redemption. John is now the executive pastor at The Assembly in West Monroe, LA. He and his wife, Brooke, are the proud parents of two little girls.
