Katie Davis Majors is the New York Times bestselling author of Kisses from Katie and Daring to Hope. She has appeared on “The Today Show,” NPR “Weekend Edition,” “Life Today with James & Betty Robison,” “The 700 Club,” and “FamilyLife,” and has also been featured in Glamour, Guideposts, and TODAY Parenting.

Katie is the founder of Amazima Ministries, an organization that provides people in Uganda with food, education scholarships, vocational training, medical care, spiritual discipleship, and more, as a solution for keeping more Ugandan families intact. Built on a biblical perspective and with an emphasis on authentic relationships, education, and strengthened communities, Amazima has helped thousands of families, opened The Amazima School for hundreds of primary and secondary students, established two medical clinics, and created more than 300 jobs.
