Biography
Lisa Lloyd’s warmth and enthusiasm as a communicator is contagious. She is a gifted storyteller, teacher and dramatist. She uses stories and sincere vulnerability to …not only allow her audience to laugh, but to feel comfortable and understood.
Since receiving her BFA in Theater from SMU in Dallas, Lisa has been privileged to perform in many major performance mediums. Television credits include: “What Would You Do?”, “Prison Break,” “The Young and the Restless” and “Bold and the Beautiful.” She has been seen in numerous commercials, management training videos and has traveled all over the country performing for live corporate industrials. She has also performed for many theaters including, The Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Montana Shakespeare, The Dallas Theater Center, Casa Manana, and Dallas Children’s Theater, to name a few.
Lisa continues to act professionally and is on staff at Legacy Church in Plano. She and her husband, Markus, serve as the Directors of “KidStreet,” Legacy’s Children’s Ministry, and Legacy’s Creative Architects. Lisa is also on the teaching team at Legacy and teaches on Sunday mornings on a regular basis. She also speaks and performs at numerous retreats and events.
