Biography
The first time Ronald Olivier saw someone killed, he was twelve years old. Death was all around and after running the New Orleans streets for several years selling drugs and stealing cars, Ronald murdered a young man at age sixteen. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole in one of America’s most notoriously brutal prisons known Angola.
Ronald details finding true freedom during his imprisonment, miraculous release, and the story continues to this day. Ronald finds abundant life—attending seminary and finding forgiveness amidst a life sentence. His motto, “Don’t tell me what God can’t do!” is the heartbeat behind this deeply moving story, which is a firsthand example of God’s power to transform individuals, families, and even communities.
